Cvk4 – Terms and Conditions: Your Rights and Responsibilities

General Terms

Cvk4 (hereinafter referred to as "we", "the platform", or "cvk4") provides an online gaming and entertainment service for players in Bangladesh. These Terms and Conditions form a legally binding agreement between you and cvk4.

• Verification: As part of its KYC (Know Your Customer) process, cvk4 may request a national ID card or passport. Withdrawals may be put on hold until verification is complete.

Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

• Deposits via Mobile Banking, Nagad, and Rocket are generally credited to your account instantly.

• Deposits from third parties are not accepted. Please only use a payment method registered in your own name.

Withdrawal Rules

• Your account must be fully verified before any withdrawal can be processed.
• A minimum withdrawal amount is in place.
• Standard withdrawals are processed within 1–24 hours. Additional time may be required if verification is needed.
• Cvk4 reserves the right to hold any suspicious withdrawal request pending investigation.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.

Bonus & Promotion Terms

All rules regarding cvk4 bonuses and promotions are listed below. Please read them carefully before claiming any bonus:

• Wagering requirements: Every bonus has a specific wagering requirement. For example, if the wagering requirement is 20x and the bonus is BDT 500, you must place a total of BDT 10,000 in bets before making a withdrawal.
• Validity: Every bonus has an expiry period. Any unused bonus will be automatically forfeited once it expires.

• Maximum Bet Limit: A maximum bet limit per round applies while a bonus is active. Exceeding this limit may result in the bonus being voided.

Prohibited Activities

• Bots & Automation: Using any software, bots, scripts, or automated tools to play games.
• Collusion: Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage against others.
• Money Laundering: Using the platform for money laundering purposes.
• Multiple accounts: Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses or other benefits.
• Hacking: Attempting to breach the platform's security systems or gain unauthorized access.
• Abusive behavior: Disrespectful behavior toward staff in live chat or support channels.

Account Suspension & Closure

Cvk4 may suspend or close an account under the following circumstances:

• In the event of a Terms & Conditions violation.
• Failure to provide the required documents for verification.
• Extended account inactivity (typically 12 months).
• At your own request — you may close your account at any time.
• Under the Responsible Gaming policy, if you choose to take a self-exclusion break.

You will be given the opportunity to withdraw any valid balance before your account is closed; however, this may not apply in cases of rule violations.

Dispute Resolution

If you have a dispute or complaint with cvk4, please follow the steps below:

2. Step Two: If the support team is unable to resolve your issue, you may submit a formal complaint. We will respond within 48–72 hours.
3. Step 3: If both parties are not satisfied, the dispute will be referred to a neutral third party for resolution.

Changes to Terms

Cvk4 reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made:

• Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
